Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Cook the chicken thoroughly and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Cook the bacon until it is crisp, then crumble it. Cube or thinly slice the potatoes so they cook evenly and layer well in the baking dish.
  2. Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine ranch dressing with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make a creamy sauce that will coat the ingredients and add rich flavor to the bake.
  3. Layer the Bake: Grease a baking dish and add half of the potatoes as the first layer. Top with half of the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon. Pour half of the ranch sauce over this layer, then sprinkle half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken, bacon, ranch sauce, and cheese.
