Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jalapenos: Finely dice the fresh jalapenos after removing the seeds if you prefer less heat. This ensures the spicy flavor is evenly distributed without overwhelming any bite.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, diced jalapenos, cooked bacon bits (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until you have a creamy, well-blended filling.
  3. Prepare the Wonton Wrappers: Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or brush lightly with oil. Gently press each wonton wrapper into the cups to create little shells that will hold the filling and get crispy when baked.
